We pair them with grilled garlic cloves, fresh thyme leaves, and our signature virgin olive oil, pressed from our family groves in Ajloun, Jordan. Before jarring, the roasted peppers are gently dipped in red grape vinegar to add a subtle, tangy finish that balances the flavors beautifully.
