Shipping policy

Pure Soil ships only within the UAE. 

Shipping may take 1-2 days for available items and 2-4 days for fresh & made-to-order items.

Pick up at Ripe Market, Police Academy, Dubai is only available on Saturday and Sunday with 2 days prior notice.

Orders of produce will be scheduled based on the harvest schedule. Egg orders depends on availability with subscription schedules.

Shipping is mostly via third party delivery companies who deliver between 2pm-10pm.

Orders that have a mix of available items, harvests and/or made to order items will be shipped together on the later date. If you require split shipment, we may charge you for each shipment separately.
