Refund policy
REFUND POLICY. For the safety of our clients with fresh food products, no refunds can be processed after the order is delivered unless proof is shared of any spoiled items received upon receipt of such items and on the same day of delivery of such items. Such claims will be investigated alongside our client prior to processing the refund and to ensure no such instances occur in the future. A refund or a replacement will be issued according to what is agreed between Pure Soil and the client.
CANCELLATION POLICY. An order can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering but not later than 24 hours prior to the day of delivery for general items available in stock. Any items that have been freshly prepared upon the client's specific order, or custom made with customizations for the client, cannot be canceled after receiving the order confirmation. In all cases, no cancelations can be accepted after the payment is made.
