Floral Bambar Jam (local fruit)

The bambar fruit, also called limbo or hambo in Arabic, is an ancient fruit lost in the last 2 generations in our region and is native to South Asia. The ripe fruit tastes like melon bubble gum!  When made into jam, it gives a unique flavor that can resemble the mix of apricot and peach.

Our homemade recipe adds rose and orange aromas along with a special mix of spices that elevates this jam to a gourmet experience!

Our jams have more than twice the fruit content found in other jams. Unlike the jams in the market, our jams are all natural with no preservatives, colorings, pectin, gelling agents, artificial flavors, citric acid, or any ingredients you can’t pronounce. 

Ingredients: organically grown bambar fruit*, organic cane sugar, organic lemon, drip extracted rose water, organic orange, our signature mix of spices.
