Floral Bambar Jam (local fruit)

The bambar fruit, also called limbo or himbo in Arabic and lasura or lasoda in English, is an ancient fruit lost in the last 2 generations in our region and is native to South Asia. The ripe fruit tastes like melon bubble gum! 😍 When made into jam, it gives a unique flavor that can resemble the mix of apricot and peach.

Our homemade recipe adds rose and orange aromas along with a special mix of spices that elevates this jam to a gourmet experience!

Ingredients: organically grown bambar fruit*, organic cane sugar, organic lemon, drip extracted rose water, organic orange, our signature mix of spices.
